I provide prints, wall art, and albums.  With each image purchased, a print and a digital image is delivered.

WHY?

I believe that I have short-changed the clients I sent away without a tangible copy of their photos.

When I started, my clients got a cd of their images.  I even have copies of their images on a stack of cd’s in my desk drawer.  Then we were lucky enough to be able to fit an entire wedding on a dvd disc.  I now use a computer that doesn’t even have a disc drive. I use a lab that has a machine that continuously transfers VHS home movies to cd’s for clients because those tapes are now obsolete.  Who knows where we’ll be in a few more years?

How often has your family gathered around the computer screen to look at old pictures and reminisce?

Many photographers then started to give thumb drives.  I’ve never done this, because I started to deliver images through an online gallery and expected my clients to find their own storage for their photos (now that’s top notch customer service!).  I’ve had some contact me months or even over a year later to explain that they either lost their images or never downloaded them.  In this case they had nothing left from our session!  If my portable hard drive fails, which happens, or if I cannot locate them on my computer or in a cloud, their images no longer exist.  This is a travesty!

I believe that my time, effort, and skill, combined with the desire to provide the best for my clients means that I not just raise my prices and send them off with half of an experience.  I believe this effort requires the best and fullest experience and finished product.

I believe in providing high quality prints that represent the correct exposure, color, and saturation that I create in my art.

I believe that clients come to me for my expertise and my expertise does not end when I edit a session.  I am qualified to provide the best prints, wall art, and albums they could get for their experience.

I want your grandchildren to argue about who gets the pictures that they’ve grown up seeing hanging on your walls and printed in your albums!

Long after discs are scratched and obsolete, passwords are lost or forgotten, thumb drives gather dust in drawers, prints live on!

I offer this to my clients because I deeply believe in what I do and I’ve invested all I’ve got in it.  This is my art, my legacy, and yours, if you are my client.  I am grateful for the opportunity to do what I love.  I believe in this process.

All my best,

Brandy
